| Connections Team |
The Connections team meets every Sunday to set up the coffee & cookies tables at highlands. This team is also responsible for the hospitality provided at all highlands events, such as greeting, ushering, etc... This is a great first time opportunity. No special skills are necessary, just a big heart :-) |

(Helpers needed all morning for 90 minutes at a time)

| Children's Team |
The children's team is made up of certified professional child-care workers, volunteers and highlands staff. All Children's Team participants are required to attend a training and agree to a free background check. |
Current Need is more help with Set-up at 6:15am (90 minutes) and Tear Down at 11:30am (30 minutes. |
| Stage Crew |
The Stage Crew is dedicated to preparing the worship space. |

| Lighting Crew |
This is one of our most artistic and demanding teams at highlands. It involves special training and an early arrival at the Cinemas on Sunday mornings. Other considerations are climbing ladders and lifting heavy equipment. |

| Highlands Roadies |
Highlands Church has it's very own Roadies! We so gung-ho for God that we are ALWAYS the first one's to get to church in the morning! :-) |
Meet at the Park Cinemas back alley (Railroad Street, Paso Robles) at 5:30am. |
| Prayer Team |
Our prayer team prays for the needs of the church. There are no special skills necessary to be a part of the prayer team. We welcome and encourage 'first time prayers' to come and pray with us on any Sunday. |

| Lounge Lizards |
As highlands continues to grow, we have certain seating limitations in our main Theater. This means that we have created a Lounge where people can have a comfortable, alternative worship experience. |

| Kompass Krew |
Kompass Crew is a unique opportunity for highlands teens to mentor and assist our Children's Ministry Director with Adventureland. Help us make Sunday the best day of the week for ALL kids who come to adventureland! |

Highlands Small Groups has started up and we would love some help with our table on Sunday. Most of this setting up the table, tearing down the table and manning the table in-between services.

This is the newest team at highlands. It an opportunity best reserved for attendees of the third service or the last services at highlands no Sunday. It usually requires people to stay thirty minutes after the service (sometimes only ten minutes). |
